New Jersey Notary are recommended to use a self-inking notary stamp with all pertinent notary information in order to facilitate notarizations.

Metal embosser stamps are recommended for notarized documents going out of state and or out of the US.

Notary Public Seminar, LLC  highly recommends that all NJ notaries keep an official journal of all notarial acts performed.

We also recommend that all notaries personally know and follow the state laws pertaining to notaries as they are 100% liable for their actions as a notary.
