How to Prepare for 

the Notary Public

and what to bring to class.

 

How should I prepare before the class?

Get a good nights’ rest before the Seminar. There will be a lot of materials covered during the class.

 

Class participation is key. The classes are small to encouraged group interaction.

 

Items to Bring

Note Book (pens will be provided at the seminar)

Highlighter

Notary Stamp and or embosser seal if you have one

Notary Journal if you have one

You Notary Approval Certificate or ID card from the state

Bring Lots of Questions

Take time to list your questions before the seminar. 

We try to address as many questions as possible.
 

What to Wear?

Business casual and comfortable clothing is appropriate

Room temperatures vary so bring a sweater and dress in layers to achieve the desired comfort level.
 

What is served for the complimentary Breakfast?
 

The Continental Breakfast consist of:

Coffees, Teas, Water, Juices Danishes, Muffins or Bagels

 

You may begin breakfast after the 08:30 AM check-in and enjoy in class refreshments until the mid morning break.

 

Water will be provided the day. You may want to bring your own bottled water if that is what you normally consume.
 

When is Lunch and for how long?

The class will break for lunch at about 11:45 and class will resume at 1:00 PM promptly.

 

  • Unless specifically offered, students are responsible for their lunches. 

  • We try to have seminars in Hotels which have an onsite or local restaurant.  

  • When the venue is not a hotel we try to provide lunch with the class registration.
